- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
- Use site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Menus, pricing, hours, entertainment schedules, and availability are provided for convenience and may change without notice.
3. Online Reservations & Ordering
Reservations and online orders may be handled by third-party platforms, including Yelp Reservations, OpenTable, and Toast. When you book or order through one of these platforms, that platform's terms, privacy policy, and cancellation rules apply in addition to ours, and the policy displayed at the time of booking controls.
A reservation request is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation. We may need to adjust or release tables due to capacity, timing, or circumstances beyond our control. See our Reservation & Cancellation Policy for details.
4. Intellectual Property
The Social name, logo, photography, menu descriptions, and site design are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
The website is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Social is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or from third-party booking or ordering platforms. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under California law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
